Our customers range from every price point and have different needs. Not every tree is the same or the environment it grows in. The goal that we have with our Tree Assurance Program, is to give customers ease of mind while being taken care of at an affordable price. Whether you're a local, a second homeowner away from home, or a business, at the end of the day we’ve got you covered!
We believe in fair pricing because at Summit County Tree Care our staff is just like you! We worked like everyone else to be here, and want to treat you like one of us!
WHAT IS TREE ASSURANCE?
For $250.00 annually you will get up to your money’s worth in service ($250.00)
This deal would put you on our annual Tree Assurance program, as well as render a la carte services, if/when needed, to your owners at prices below market value. This contract includes, but is not limited to: annual tree spray, tree fertilizer, maintenance pruning/tree surgery, tree health assessments, soil samples, optional moose repellents, and a comprehensive customer overview of services rendered in the past. All homes would receive a Spring, Summer and Fall visitation as well as annual tree health assessments free of charge. All of our products are protected by a one year warranty inspection, ensuring all of your customers needs are met, or we come back and do it again for free.
You will receive THREE visits a year during Spring, Summer, and Fall from one of our highly skilled arborists. You will get a 31 point inspection on your overall environment as well as a saved file with all of your needs, services rendered, and billing statements for HOA’s.
This package also includes $250.00 worth of any of our services, as well as 15% off all of our tree maintenance services. These visits also include a complete plant health assessment for your entire property, as well as any other tree consulting needs. If your bill is under the annual amount you can still use your credit towards any of the services you might order. If your balance for the year hits $0.00 or a negative balance, customers will still get their visits and consulting. This is perfect for the small budget maintenance category of customers, as well as high end commercial customers concerned with results of products for multiple owners and parties.
